Details

Addressing Properly

During formal hours, scout of -all ranks- should address each other by Rank. Such is common courtesy and should be observed.


Promotion

The RANK is one’s worth in the troop. Each rank an Honour. Ranks are granted by the promotion board, not asked nor trailed for. It is tradition and courtesy to never ask for a promotion, as asking for it decreases the value when granted. Promotion review is quarterly, granted to the deserving.
