This award marks the completion of basic training for actual outdoor activities, and shows that the member has learned some skills and knowledge beyond the very basic. This award should be obtainable within 6mth-1yr. For 6th Kowloon, we have upped the difficulty ever so slightly as many items in the officially training scheme is actually already covered in our membership training. Members should learn from their PL or senior peers, ask often if there are questions. SPL and above can sign for Pathfinder's requirement.
Pathfinder will be a determined factor or whether a member can be promoted to M-2 ealier.
